"Shift Happens" or does it...

Last summer I made a presentation to our Presbytery about the work of our Odyssey Group. This group has been meeting for the better part of a year trying to discern the kinds of changes that need to be made in order for our presbytery to be more missionally effective.   One of the technological advancements in our presbytery has been to take advantage of one of our pastors named Tom Dykhuizen who is very good at creating youtube videos.

Our Presbytery now has a Youtube "Channel" that holds a number of resources for our churches and friends to see and use.

One of Tom's projects was to tape my first presentation that tees up a number of changes, terms and concepts that our group wants to add to the ongoing discussion in the church these days about the leadership challenge that is facing the church in the western world today.
